Stretching for Flexibility

Here's a quick 5 minute stretching routine I like to do daily to try and keep the muscles nice and flexible. If you want to do the routine I recommend doing a bit of a warm up to make sure the muscles are nice and warm before stretching.

Neck Mobility

The neck is an area of the body that often gets forgotten about when we stretch. Here's a few simple neck exercises you can do to help with flexibility and strength. A strong healthy neck can prevent numerous other issues especially with the back.

Hip Mobility

Here are some simple but really effective hip exercises you can do to help prevent hip and back issues as well as falls . They are also great for keeping good all round movement in the hips. They take around three minutes and can be done at anywhere.

Wrist Mobility

These are four simple wrist exercises you can do to help improve wrist mobility and flexibilty. The wrists take a lot of the strain when it comes pretty much most hand movements so it's vitally important we look after them.

Knee Mobility

As the majority of the body weight goes throught the knees when we are standing it is an area that can suffer from a lot of issues. Here we go over five simple movements you can to to look after your knees, and maintain a good level of mobility.

Shoulder Mobility

Try these shoulder exercises to help prevent tightness in the shoulders which in turn will help to prevent further issues down the line . They are also great for keeping good all round movement in the shoulders. They'll only take a couple of minutes of your time.
